Services
Gallaway Industries, LLC has a computer controlled Beamline and
Hem Saw manufactured by Controlled Automation. We also have conveyers and
transfer tables that feed into the equipment and out to the shop, this has
helped us boost production 5 fold.
We have a Wheelabrator with automatic in and out feeds that
helps give our product a professional finish for the exotic paint systems
required by some of our customers.
All of our painting is done under roof where we have a
lifting capacity of up to 5 tons with an under hook height of 20 foot.
Our Structural fabrication is done in Shop “A”. This is
where our beamline and saw are housed, besides the structural steel we run
through these machines we also do trusses, ladders and grating.
Our handrails are done in Shop “B”, which has 16,000 square
feet. This shop does not have any overhead cranes, but with forklifts and
other material handling equipment this shop is very efficient. In this shop
we do our carbon, stainless steel and aluminum rails.
